Performance and Application of Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber!
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) is a highly saturated elastomer obtained by special hydrotreating of nitrile rubber.
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber has good oil resistance and mechanical properties (fuel oil, lubricating oil and aromatic solvent have good resistance); And due to its highly saturated structure, it has good heat resistance, excellent chemical corrosion resistance (good resistance to freon, acid and alkali), excellent ozone resistance and high compression set resistance. At the same time, HNBR also has the characteristics of high strength, high tear resistance and excellent wear resistance, and is one of the rubbers with excellent comprehensive properties.
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber is widely used in oil fields and automobile industries. With the development of automobile and petroleum industries, rubber components need to have good heat resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, oxygen resistance and other characteristics in addition to oil resistance.
Ordinary nitrile rubber (NBR) is far from meeting these requirements, although some of its uses have been replaced by fluororubber. Therefore, people begin to explore the improvement of NBR performance. Hydrogenated nitrile rubber is developed successfully to meet this new need.
Our factory has rich experience in the formulation and processing of hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber, and can provide a full range of mixed rubber products, various hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber plates and molded products with excellent performance and stable quality according to different application fields.
